I used Gift Hampers for a corporate order of over 100 hampers. Sarah was amazing in providing us with all the options to cater for all individual needs and turning around the order promptly so everything arrived in time for Christmas. Excellent choice of hampers and keenly priced. Gift Hampers` ability to deliver to Luxembourg (in my case) set them apart, given that big name suppliers in the UK seem unable to do this, as a result of EU regulations, presumably since Brexit. The payment system was smooth and easy, the updates from Gift Hampers by email were timely and helpful. The hamper was delivered right on time and the contents greatly appreciated by the recipient. All in all, fantastic product and service. Highly recommended.

This is the first time we have ordered from this company and would highly recommend them...they went above and beyond to make sure the transaction ran smoothly- great communication. Our daughter lives in Malta, we ordered the £100 hamper from the family in the UK (online) Our daughter telephoned us today to say the hamper had arrived and she was absolutely delighted with it, she really was thrilled to bits. An excellent company with which to shop, I will quite happily use them again without any worries at all. This is an additional review from the one posted above. The customer service given by this company is second to none. Communication is excellent with very prompt responses. I asked if it would be possible for an amendment to one of my orders and this was attended to without any questioning. In addition, I had a minor query about the other order as an item was missing. There was no hesitation in resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. Both gifts which I had ordered were very well received. It is so reassuring to deal with Jonathan and the rest of the staff. They all deserve every success.

Excellent service. I ordered 3 hampers to be delivered to 3 different locations on a Saturday. By Monday all 3 recipients received them. Excellent quality of packaging and products. Will definitely order again.

Excellent service. Ordered online in UK and received by the recipient in Malta 24 hours later. A call was made to the Recipient to ensure they were in and deliver was made as and when promised.

Ordered a hamper for my Sister and Brother in Law who have recently moved. Had a few problems delivering which was no fault of Gift Hampers. They kept me fully updated and persevered. Hamper was delivered and and told it was very good quality with a nice mix of items. Cannot thank them enough. A lot of companies would of given up but they didn't.

I ordered a beautiful hamper online from Gift Hampers for a good friend who lives in Malta. The hamper contained quality food and wine, and was very reasonably priced. I loved that I could buy online from the UK, and it was delivered FREE in Malta! A fantastic online service! Highly recommended!
