An excellent company with which to shop, I will quite happily use them again without any worries at all. This is an additional review from the one posted above. The customer service given by this company is second to none. Communication is excellent with very prompt responses. I asked if it would be possible for an amendment to one of my orders and this was attended to without any questioning. In addition, I had a minor query about the other order as an item was missing. There was no hesitation in resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. Both gifts which I had ordered were very well received. It is so reassuring to deal with Jonathan and the rest of the staff. They all deserve every success.

Excellent choice of hampers and keenly priced. Gift Hampers` ability to deliver to Luxembourg (in my case) set them apart, given that big name suppliers in the UK seem unable to do this, as a result of EU regulations, presumably since Brexit. The payment system was smooth and easy, the updates from Gift Hampers by email were timely and helpful. The hamper was delivered right on time and the contents greatly appreciated by the recipient. All in all, fantastic product and service. Highly recommended.

I have used Gift Hampers a few times now and I have been very happy with their service each time. The hamper is delivered when they say it will be and my dad tells me the hamper has been very nice each time. I will definitely use them again.

This is the first time we have ordered from this company and would highly recommend them...they went above and beyond to make sure the transaction ran smoothly- great communication. Our daughter lives in Malta, we ordered the £100 hamper from the family in the UK (online) Our daughter telephoned us today to say the hamper had arrived and she was absolutely delighted with it, she really was thrilled to bits. Cannot recommend enough. I had some payment difficulties and they went above and beyond to help me. Apart from that their presentation is so elegant and the hamper was stunning. My husband says its one of his top gifts ever! Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered a hamper for my Sister and Brother in Law who have recently moved. Had a few problems delivering which was no fault of Gift Hampers. They kept me fully updated and persevered. Hamper was delivered and and told it was very good quality with a nice mix of items. Cannot thank them enough. A lot of companies would of given up but they didn't.
