Christmas Deliveries:

Please note we do not allow dated delivery requests in December due to the large volume of orders we process and deliver over this period. All gifts are processed in the order they are received, and delivery is effected as efficiently as possible by our team.

We do our very best to ensure all gifts are delivered safely and in a timely manner. We encourage our customers to place their order at their earliest convenience to ensure we can deliver effectively.

Standard Delivery:

To Malta:
Deliveries to Malta are processed and delivered at our next availability, which is usually within 1-3 working days, excluding public holidays.
In December this would be 1-5 working days.

To Gozo:
Deliveries to Gozo are processed and delivered at our next availability, which is usually within 2-5 working days, excluding public holidays.
In December this would be 3-7 working days.

Our couriers do not deliver on these dates: 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st (December) and 1st, 2nd January.

Gift Hampers` ability to deliver to Luxembourg (in my case) set them apart, given that big name suppliers in the UK seem unable to do this, as a result of EU regulations, presumably since Brexit. The payment system was smooth and easy, the updates from Gift Hampers by email were timely and helpful. The hamper was delivered right on time and the contents greatly appreciated by the recipient. The customer service given by this company is second to none. Communication is excellent with very prompt responses.
