Please note we do not allow dated delivery requests in December due to the large volume of orders we process and deliver over this period. All gifts are processed in the order they are received, and delivery is effected as efficiently as possible by our team.

Standard Delivery:

To Malta:
Deliveries to Malta are processed and delivered at our next availability, which is usually within 1-3 working days, excluding public holidays.
In December this would be 1-5 working days.

To Gozo:
Deliveries to Gozo are processed and delivered at our next availability, which is usually within 2-5 working days, excluding public holidays.
In December this would be 3-7 working days.

Our couriers do not deliver on these dates: 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st (December) and 1st, 2nd January.

Gift Hampers` ability to deliver to Luxembourg (in my case) set them apart, given that big name suppliers in the UK seem unable to do this, as a result of EU regulations, presumably since Brexit. An excellent company with which to shop, I will quite happily use them again without any worries at all. This is an additional review from the one posted above. The customer service given by this company is second to none. Communication is excellent with very prompt responses. I asked if it would be possible for an amendment to one of my orders and this was attended to without any questioning. In addition, I had a minor query about the other order as an item was missing. There was no hesitation in resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. Both gifts which I had ordered were very well received. It is so reassuring to deal with Jonathan and the rest of the staff.
